New cloud tool eliminates manual PDF editing and document assembly for commercial construction projects and suppliers

Submittals are required on every commercial construction project. They are the formal request to the architect or engineer of record for approval to use a specific product, material, or assembly before installation. Today, most contractors and suppliers assemble submittals manually using Word, Excel, PDF editors, and email, a process that typically takes 3 to 4 hours per submittal. SubmittalGenerator automates the entire workflow. Users upload spec sheets, organize them into sections, annotate where needed, optionally apply their company branding, and export a ready-to-submit PDF.
